Lenwell offers a poor service in terms of replying to emails or phone calls.
They do not provide a professional service and are reluctant to provide a full customer service when an issue has been raised. You are constantly chasing for an answer once a query has been raised, you are constantly told someone will get back to you but this is never the case. Lenwell's is not a service I would recommend to anyone. In a growing market with so much competition from other letting agents they are by far the worst letting agents I have come across.
