At the end of 3 year tenancy after paying rent on time every month, I had my entire deposit taken for wear and tear (i.e. marks in hallway). Attempted numerous times to discuss this with Lenwell staff who didn't care at all and even put the phone down on me.
After several weeks of stress I put a claim through TDS and got the majority of my deposit refunded.
Lenwell staff were happy just to take my deposit without even discussing the issues with me as they are required to do by law. They were rude and unhelpful and only cared about protecting the landlord's profit.
Never ever use Lenwell
