I have never ever had such shocking customer service for such a big company 1 person dealing with deposits is not sufficcent . I have called every day for 3 weeks even though my tennancy ended 20 Aug and been told every day the balance would be made available the next day . This is not the case no one takes my calls or calls or even emails back . I have now lost the window to put a deposit on another property I have planned moving to and I still have not got a reply or ANY HELP whatsoever form the Deposits department at lenwells I am disgusted with the service and will never use them again.
