We were renting a flat with Lenwell (Milton Keynes) for a year. Long story short, negative points:
•Issues with punctuality.
•No telephone manners.
•It seems like some of the Lenwell employees are forced to work there, as they show a crucial lack of empathy and no interest in their jobs.
Positive points:
•Nicola Gibbons, Lettings Assistant. The reason why Lenwell gets 5*. Highly competent, professional and friendly, a person who made us feel at ease when we turned to her with any issues, because we knew it will be dealt with promptly and efficiently. Thank you, Nicola.
P.S. All the issues we encountered at the property (no hot water in the shower, broken washing machine, heater stopped working etc) were fixed on time, we were lucky with a landlord! And we left the flat almost clean as new, so we got our deposit back with no issues, thanks to Nicola, once again.
