DISGUSTING THIEF.... I viewed a property with David even though I suffer from a long-term sleep disorder and was exhausted at the time. He urged me to accept the property and then took possesion of £195 cash from me. I have several, debilitation health problems and though I asked him for a refund the same night, I had just found out that my nephew had Cancer - I also stated that I would accept a refund of half the price I had paid).... He ignored me. When I contacted him by telephone, he ignored my first few calls. When he did eventually speak to me he said that he had sent (by post), a receipt for the amount which I had paid; he chose to ignore my nephew's ill health and denied having received a cash payment!!! Of course I did not receive a receipt even though I rang him again and asked him for a copy of said receipt along with the receipt number - he could not and did not reply. True actions of a thief. To date, (several years later - I will not give up, this is a matter of principle if nothing else); David has continued to ignore me. He refuses to accept responsibility for his theft, for his actions, for his abuse of a vulnerable woman. He deserves to be 'NAMED AND SHAMED' and unless I receive a full refund along with a written apology then I shall be the person who does just that. Disgusted is not a strong enough word to describe this unfeeling, cheating thief but I will be heard not only for myself but for others who may follow behind me and suffer the same consequences. SHAME ON YOU FOR STEALING DAVID....
