Horrendous company to deal with. Avoid at all cost. Following giving my car back after 4 years - I was over charged. Thankfully I got the financial ombudsman to review and they had over unlawfully over charged me. And given me a default whilst the investigation was on going. I was given a new amount to pay which I was happy to pay once the default was removed. They removed the default - which took months! Then when I tried to pay; said they have certain agents to take payments. I kept missing their calls due to being a nurse and working 12 hour days. I asked them on numerous occasions to arrange a time to call so I could make the payment. In the end they wrote the debt off as a bad debt - which helps them as they can claim bk the VAT! They ignored my emails and I could never get through to their phone lines. My credit was 960 with no defaults and it’s been taken down to 410 due to this. I am so upset and they are not helping and refuse to take the payment or remove the default. Horrendous company.
