Such a con and unprofessional company. They have ripped me off at the end. I have polished the car, new battery and being charged unnecessarily for scratches which I was not aware off. Their complaint procedure is poor . They decide what they want to do and despite asking them for more time until BVRLA can give a decision. They threatened that case is closed and payment needs to be made or will will do a bad credit on the company. Is this the way to deal with a customer who had the car for 5 years and always paid and took care of the car. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR LEASE A CAR.
