The "pro" did not complete the service and provided fraudulent screenshots trying to prove that they did. Customer service dragged their feet for more than 2 days, with 6-8 hours between messages, just to kick me back to the main menu and ignore me. I am forced to file a chargeback to get a refund. Avoid these scammers like the plague!!
