I selected a number of services i was unable to complete on my own due to a lack of a solid fire team and several time constraints that kept arising. The selecred pro player was very polite and professional. Explained everything as they went and did everything in a timely manner. Even had a random exotic drop that took several weeks to get. They showed determination and followed through on the order week after week until it did. Very impressed.
