I must say your company is very lucky to have such a very nice and savvy employee as I was lucky to make a connection and have her assist me today. Sometime I have had the displeasure of having to tolerate employees who don't seem to care or act like I am annoying them, when I am only enlisting their help because it's needed. No not the case with this young lady. She was on point from the word go. She has a very pleasing personality, I knew I would be able to get the answers to my questions and be able to get the minor concerns straightened out before placing my order. She presented a no problem attitude which put me at ease knowing my information would be processed correctly. Nice easy going conversation plus politeness made this interaction my pleasure. I got lucky today.
