Where do I start? As a property manager I am always looking for reliable and trust worthy vendors. I prefer to support small and local businesses when I can. That is why I called LS. The first 'red flag' was a quote I received for a condo association gave an option of a 12 month payment term option. After hiring them to do the work, I was informed that wasn't applicable to this job. Then I referred them to my friend that had a small plumbing issue, they tried to upsale her on a water softner and when she politely declined .. They hung up on her and drove off without fixing her problem and keeping her $100 fee for coming to her house. To be fair, when the owner Tom Nolan was contacted, they offered to refund her on the condition she give them a 5 star review! She said they can keep her money .. Stay away!
