Life residential have rookie negotiators who have no idea - I ended up sorting my own deal. They also offer an inferior letting service to other agents for the same price as others - refusing to sort the deposit which other agents do, pretending it is part of "management" which no one else defines like this. They never respond to emails without repeated prompting. They are truly DREADFUL.
