I've been a customer for many many years and would have to say I have been very satisfied. One time I received a defective product and it was replaced immediately at no additional cost. My only concern at this point is inflation has really skyrocketed the price of the vitamins I purchase from Lifesource over 40 % in the past 2 years and I'm hoping that it doesn't continue to do so.
