I'm giving a 4 out of 5 because I've only been taking these vitamin packs for about a week.
I was taking gnc mega men 50 plus for the past several years and I must say, I really didn't notice much change. When I would urinate, it was bright yellow which told me it wasn't being absorbed into my system. These packs are the opposite!!! So far so good,👍...
