I was unable to take the vitamins. After taking two weeks I developed stomach discomfort in my lower abdomen. I also noticed a lower energy level. At first I didn’t think it was the vitamins, but after a week of not taking them my stomach discomfort went away and my energy level retuned. I have a lot of arthritis in my hand and since I’m allergic to NSAIDs, I was hoping the vitamins might help . 😔
