I ordered a Antler suitcase, the price was very competitive. Colour wasn't an issue for me, so when the colour I picked would be unavailable for a few days, I was offered an alternative which was dispatched the same day. Despite a usually excellent carrier messing up the delivery, James at Lifestyle & Heritage dispatched a replacement the same day and it arrived in perfect condition the following day, only three days from the original order to delivery. Lifestyle & Heritage work exceptionally hard to ensure customer satisfaction, if only all suppliers treated their customers like this.
