I ordered a Victorinox suitcase for my boyfriends birthday. Despite a delay in despatch due to a stock error I was offered an alternative which was more expensive at no extra cost. It was then rushed to me next day delivery and I was able to surprise my boyfriend with it on the day and he loved it. The quality of the product is what you would expect of Victorinox and I am very happy with the service from Lifestlyle and Heritgage overall. I will definitely consider using them again in the future.
