As I had some questions and needed multiple order this was a 'phone transaction. The product vendor could not answer technical question for 72 hours but L&H had this information immediately available. As it was a new product pricing needed checking and a price match was in place later on the day. The goods were due in and a vendor 10% discount and limited offer became available which L&H honoured. Overall very satisfied with the service and will definitely consider for future use.
