I ordered a pair of slippers (size 8, which is my normal size). The slippers arrived quickly but, although they were size 8, they were too small. I therefore needed to exchange them for a size 9. The whole process was very fast and simple. I also received a refund for the postage to return the original pair within a couple of days. The size 9 slippers arrived a day or so later and fitted perfectly. Super customer service.
