I found the website easy to navigate and place my order. When the boots I ordered arrived I realised they were a size too big. I chatted online with James who immediately agreed to an exchange to be dispatched that day with the original package to be picked up all at no extra charge They arrived the following day and the pick up by DPD went well too. Great product, great website, great service.
