Product was fine however the delivery was shocking. It was late and when we enquired with you we were promised twice a call back yet neither time did we receive one. We then found our product lounging at the post Office Depot due to non payment of delivery charges.
We won't be purchasing from you again as the service was rubbish. Quite a simple customer service opportunity yet you failed in all departments.
We are still waiting for one of our call backs! Well done you another customer lost.
