I’m going to be honest I waited a long time 6 weeks to be exact after ordering to delivery but I understand that it was a busy time of year and short staffed. The boots I ordered are lovely and I haven’t had them off my feet since! I also received a 10% refund on the boots because I waited so long and an apology so I’m happy with that.
