Ordered a very expensive jacket which was worth every penny. The customer care was fantastic and I was kept well informed. This was very reassuring for me and I was delighted when the jacket arrived, faster than expected and well presented. It made me feel happy to have paid the extra to have bought this jacket to get the extra service offered by this store into the bargain.
