Further to my earlier possible premature rant, I have heard from James and he has tried very hard to resolve the issue which I appreciate. The refund has been organised.
Gant is a tough brand to source and James is trying to offer good quality merchandise at affordable prices so good luck. I will be back once the spring collection is published.
