Although I didn't end up receiving my ordered jacket, I was in contact with James who tried to fulfil my order but was repeatedly let down by the supplier!!
I decided to wait for my jacket however at the point of realising it would never materialise requested a refund. This was never disputed and despite a slight hiccup I did receive a full refund and a key ring which was I nice touch.
