I purchased a b didn't set. It never arrived and I had to contact them twice to follow the order up. A few days later the contacted me to say that it was lost in the post. Then the item wouldn't be in stock for a while. So I wasn't very pleased with the situation. I know it's not their fault but I didn't like the fact I had to chase them up twice before they got back to me. But it was refunded straight away which was very good on their part
