I use the shots to balance low blood sugar episodes, and have found that they work well in this regard. As they are a shot, they are quick and easy enough to take and the taste is pleasant - more so than many sachets i've tried from other brands. The tablets however are my favourite - and I use them everyday to manage my blood sugars while at work!
