I purchased a lamp purely on the description saying the shade was light lavender when the lamp came the shade was a light taupe colour I would not have ordeded it knowing this I did ring customer services twice and was told togo on lineand fill in the form and take a picture of the lamp I had problems doing this so ive given up its really put me off I wont be shopping with hour company again as I found this poor customer service for avery simple problem
