Sent purchase back on the 9th October owing to poor quality product. Received email on the 16th October refund had been processed which I should receive in the next 2/3 days minus 20% for opening the box, (how else do you test a product?). Rang yesterday to ask where my monies were and after a 10 minute wait was told glibly there had been a system error and would refund immediately. STILL WAITING. Don't use!!!
