So pleasant to deal with, quick to respond and very accommodating with a special request regarding my order. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Li'l Treasures again. The towel sets look beautiful and of good quality but they're a gift and haven't been used as yet, so unable to comment on softness or otherwise once they're washed.
