Item is broken in arrival. . no reply to email dated 16 Oct and trademe feedback too.
Item is a gift and replacement needed urgently.
I am still waiting for any reply to this feedback .. is anyone in your customer services department as I have mentioned my issue 5 times now.. and the birthday party has happened so I couldn't give my lovely gift.... So so sad .
