The Jelly Cat elephant I purchased is gorgeous and it was posted quickly so that was great.
The negative I have is with the packaging. It was squashed in a plastic envelope with no care in packaging or wrapping. I had purchased another Jelly Cat toy from another business a week earlier and they sent it in a box, nestled in tissue paper, for the same postage cost.
Presentation is an important part of a purchase.
