I brought a sugar jar almost a year ago from a small boutique shop. My sister loved it and after searching high and low I found one on the Lil Treasures online shop. The ordering process was smooth and easy and it arrived quite quickly. On arrival my sister opened the box and the handle was broken. I emailed and they responded the same day to offer a refund or to send another. The customer service was amazing, absolutely no fuss at all. I would highly recommend ordering from this company.
