I was absolutely thrilled with the customer service. I specifically asked for careful packaging after receiving the item damaged form a major department store, and Lil Treasures even took the time to open the product packaging and add extra padding inside the box. It arrived quickly and safely and was no more expensive than David Jones. I will be back
