I ordered a Willow statue for my sister on the loss of her family pet. I was concerned that the receipt may be included in the parcel, so after ordering, I rang the phone number of the business. The kind staff member was able to confirm my order immediately, advise the receipt would not be included and offer gift wrapping. I could not have been happier with the great customer service I received.
