I ordered a jigsaw for a birthday present for my nephew. The parcel was delivered quite promptly. It was bubble wrapped and packed in a postage bag with a fragile sticker but when I opened it, the box was a little damaged, which disappointed me. Not sure if it was damaged before it was sent or it happened in the delivery process.
