This is by far the worst connection I have ever experienced. We have had them installed for about 5 weeks now and we have had nothing but connection problems. Which is a huge issue for someone who relies on a stable intr at connection for work.
Thee has been constant issues where the connection has ceased and lila appear to be doing nothing about it. They have offered "helpful" solutions to which wr have tried and nothing has worked. Raise the router to waist height? Whe you have a cable plugged in. Oh yes good advice...
In conclusion, terrible customer service, terrible problem solving and get this garbage Internet out of my house due to breach of contract in not providing a stable reliable Internet service and connection
