Primary gripe is that the delivery was late. I had taken a day off work to be there when the package was delivered. I don't get paid for days off so I then had to arrange overtime to make up for my loss.
Please, please ensure you deliver on the day you say you are going to deliver on. Anything else is unacceptable.
Goods delivered in a good condition and I am enjoying the product, but your late delivery left a sour taste in the mouth.
