I ordered an Isofix base. I got a call later in the day to day the base was out of stock and no longer available. They apologised and said they would send me a slightly different but fully compatible item. The new base cost more but they didn't charge me extra and it arrived the next day. Very good service and I couldn't ask for more. Excellent.
