Ordered a car seat, the website gave me the option to choose a delivery date which I did. Unfortunately it was still delivered 3 days late, so I wasted most of a week not leaving the house whilst I was waiting for it. The website says they use DPD but it was parcelforce who delivered. I would have preferred an honest delivery date - I wouldn't have minded knowing delivery will take a bit longer rather than choosing a date that was clearly earlier than they were able to do. The box also arrived damaged, although luckily the polystyrene inside was intact. Could have been a big worry considering we were buying a car seat. A lot of this may be on the delivery company however it reflects my experience of buying from the company
