The best customer service I have received in a very long time! The original pram we ordered was faulty, but I spoke to Shane and within an hour he had arranged for a replacement pram to be delivered the next day and for the original pram to be collected. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, great company to deal with and really excellent service.
