Balance bike arrived faulty, emailed straightaway as they don't speak to their customers directly on the phone to resolve, took them over 48 hours to respond. They pride themselves on being a small independent which I prefer as generally you get a better more personal customer service usually. I also like to support independents, Sadly not on this occasion! We took the bike to be repaired at an extra expense to us so we could give it to our granddaughter in time for her birthday (as explained in my email to them?!)
