The customer service is exceptional from this online store and the current sale prices are the best I have seen. They go above and beyond, they called me out of hours when I was having trouble and we're happy to help chase my order. I live in south west London and I will however warn that they use Parcel Force and unfortunately in my circumstance my order didn't arrive as the local mitcham depot is not very reliable and I spent a lot of time chasing my order to find out when It would be delivered.
