Visited the store during COVID and was happy with the appointment system they had, as well as the range of prams. Decided on the Oyster 3 and ordered it from the website. Arrived much faster than with other sites we looked at, at a competitive price. There was a week delay on the expected delivery date but they contacted me quickly to explain why and it wasn't anything they could have prevented.
