They presented themselves as able to market my book. Everything they did felt completely AI generated as it was obvious that nobody at their company even bothered to read any part of the book. When eventually pushed, they admitted that they used AI, but would now do it properly if I took down the negative reviews. When that failed, they offered to refund my money if I took it down.
