My money was stolen. I bought a low-quality item at the Lindex store, and at the hotel, I realized its poor quality. I didn't approve the return of a certificate instead of a refund, but you proceeded with it. Upon my return to the Czech Republic, I discovered that my certificate had expired. I suspect foul play with my money. I am considering involving a lawyer.
