The fabric description did not mention that the fabric was only safe in daylight not in sunlight. We had bad fading on our chairs after only 2 years (standing some distance away from the window, first floor, west, facing the neighbours house).
When contacted about this, the company was very unhelpful and only offered to send the same fabric again - what good would that do? They were only asked to contribute to the repair the damage but refused.
