As an older gentleman, I really appreciated both the respect and the courtesy which Mr Mark Clayton provided, so sadly lacking in many aspects of business today. Also, being a bit awkward with modern technology meant his patience was much appreciated, too. Also, it is very reassuring to see such values still being retained by your very informative and helpful staff.
