Was told we would have our deposit back with in 48 hours we are now 24 days in and still waiting. They charged £120 for an oven and extractor cleaning but the extractor doesn't even work. Yet we get a front door fitted and the builder get dust everywhere and I have to pay to get a cleaner in.
They left us 9 days without any hot water or heating in October. They also hired someone to do a gas safety check and we received a certificate and no check was actually carried out.
Their customer service are a joke and there repairs team are worse.
