“ My experience at Linley & Simpson Wakefield could have been better because move in dates that are arranged and fees are paid should not be moved back due to incompetence of the landlord and/or agent. False advertising is genuinely not okay so when you advertise a 2x double bedroom property with 2 beds then upon arrival have 1 bed and fail to supply a second for over a week, you shouldn't try to send your tenants to get said bed on a budget of £100. Seriously terrible decision making from some pretty incompetent staff. ”
